This allows all customers that have an active account with us to earn points on every order which can then be redeemed for special discounts on future orders. Not only that, but you can also be rewarded for referring friends and family!
How Does it Work?
To be entered into our reward programme, all you need to do is sign up for a customer account with us. Don't have one? You can sign up here now. Once you've signed up for an account, you're automatically enrolled in our programme and earn 100 points to start you off!
Every time you shop with us online, you'll receive points on your order. For every £1 spent, you'll receive 5 reward points. For every 100 points you have, that entitles you to a £1 discount, so it's completely up to you whether you spend them as and when, or save them up for a juicy discount on something you really want!
Our reward programme also includes friends and family referrals, which gives you your own special referral code. You can send this to whoever you want, and it gives them a nice £5 discount on their first order. Once their referral is complete, you'll then also be rewarded with your own £5 discount to use! Winner winner!

Are there any Exclusions?
Unfortunately, yes. Due to our website not being able to process multiple discounts on orders, there are circumstances where you won't be able to redeem your points.
Any orders that include products on a 2 for £x basis will not be able to redeem loyalty points as a discount. This is because these offers are automatic discounts and do not allow another discount to then be applied. If you do redeem your points on these orders with automatic discounts, please be aware that this will overwrite the original discount and your checkout price may be higher.
Points can however be redeemed on current sale items that do not have an automatic discount applied.
How do I view and spend my points?
Once you're logged into your account, head to the 'rewards' widget in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. This will show you your current points balance and what rewards you can redeem. The widget will also pop up before you check out to remind you of any rewards that you can use on your order in case you forget!
Do I have to pay to join?
Absolutely not, our reward programme is completely FREE as a way for us to say thank you for your custom and loyalty.
Am I limited to how many points I can earn?
Nope, you can earn as little or as many points as you want.
What if I redeem more points than I want to spend?
If you redeem, for example, 1500 points (£15), but your order is only £10, you will lose the remaining balance of your points, so make sure you don't redeem more than your total order!
Is it possible to lose points?
Points balances will only be deducted in the event of a refund or cancelled order. Customers that place orders over the phone are welcome to use their points balance on their order which will then be manually deducted.
I can't redeem my points on my order, what do I do?
Reward points cannot be redeemed on orders that have automatic discounts such as 2 products for £x. If you are having trouble with redeeming points on your order, please contact us on email@example.com or 01522 581554.
