What is CBD?
CBD (also known as cannabidiol) is one of the 104 chemical compounds found in the cannabis plant. This natural substance is extracted from the cannabis plant to create a wide variety of CBD products such as oils, creams, e-liquid and more.
Unlike tetrahydrocannabinol (most commonly known as THC), CBD is a non-psychoactive substance, meaning that the user will not experience the 'high' sensation that is attributed to the cannabis plant.
CBD has become increasingly popular among wellness fans due to the range of benefits that it offers to users. Many individuals use CBD to reduce anxiety, promote relaxation, ensure a good night's sleep, reduce pain and improve feelings of wellbeing.
Is CBD legal?
Under the Misuse of Drugs Act, CBD is legal in the UK as long as it is extracted from an EU-approved industrial hemp strain. Requirements under UK law state that all CBD products must not contain more than 0.2% of THC. Is CBD right for me?
The use of CBD is completely down to every single individual, however, many swear by CBD products due to the range of benefits that they offer.
If you are new to CBD, we'd recommend starting on a very small dose to begin with. Once you are comfortable with a small dose, you can then slowly build it up over a few weeks to find the dose that works best for you. How do I take CBD?
There are many different ways to take CBD, and we have a wide variety of products to cater to your needs. Tinctures, or oils, are easily taken by applying a few drops under your tongue so it can be absorbed. These products can also be added to drinks.
CBD edibles are a way of absorbing your dose through products such as gummies, chocolates and drinks.
Capsules containing CBD can be taken the same as any medication, by simply ingesting them with a glass of water.
CBD balms and creams work by applying them directly to the skin.
Products such as bath bombs and mani cubes work by being dissolved into warm water for you to soak your skin in.
CBD crystals have a wide range of uses such as mixing with e-liquid to add a CBD dose to your daily vaping routine.
CBD e-liquids work the same way as normal e-liquids, simply fill your e-cigarette and vape!
What shipment methods do you offer?
We ship all orders via Royal Mail, on either a 24-hour, 48-hour or International Tracked (EU customers) service. The pricing of these methods is as follows:
Royal Mail 24 (1-2 business days) - £4.50
Royal Mail 48 (2-3 business days) - £3.50
Royal Mail International Tracked (2-5 business days) - £7.50
When you spend over £25 on your order, you will receive Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery completely free, with international orders receiving free Royal Mail International Tracked delivery on all orders over £35.
We strive to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday the same day. You will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation, and also receive SMS and email updates from Royal Mail in regards to your delivery time. Please note that delivery times are estimated.
If you have placed your order after 3pm on a Friday, your order will not be fulfilled until the following Monday due to our opening times.
When will I know that my order has shipped?
All orders placed before 3pm between Monday and Friday are shipped the same day. You will receive a shipping notification via email to let you know that your order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
You are more than welcome to cancel your order. Please let us know at your earliest convenience to avoid your order being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, please return this to us as soon as possible and we will provide you with a full refund.
How do I track my order?
All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail. When your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be included in your shipping notification email. You can check the status of your order by selecting your tracking number and visiting the Royal Mail tracking site here.
My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
We completely understand how frustrating it is when your order hasn't arrived, and we will do everything that we can to help.
If your tracking information has not been updated, or your order hasn't arrived in the expected time period, please give our team a call on 01522 581554, or email email@example.com with your order number.
Please note that although we ship orders on time, couriers do expect delays. Unfortunately, once orders are collected by our courier, the delivery time is completely out of our hands.
An item is missing from my order
We try to ensure that all orders are dispatched correctly, but unfortunately, mistakes do happen. If you do experience an issue with your order, please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01522 581554 and our customer service team will get this rectified for you straight away.
I need a copy of my receipt
All orders placed on our website will be delivered with your sales receipt included. If you would to request a digital copy of your order, please contact our team.
Refunds and Returns
What is your return policy?
We are unable to accept any returned products that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.
In the event that you have purchased an incorrect item and would like to swap the product, you are welcome to return the unopened product to our head office and our team will be more than happy to send out a replacement or issue a refund. Please contact our customer service team with your order number.
My item is faulty, what do I do?
We try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible. If the item fault occurs within 90 days of purchase (or delivery), we will always offer you either a repair, exchange or refund. We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
Please note that we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, as this voids the manufacturer warranty on your item. This policy only covers electrical vape pens (excluding disposable pens).

I live locally, can I purchase products from your head office?
You certainly can! If you are planning a visit to our head office, please enter through the reception doors and head straight up the stairs to your right which will take you to our main office. A member of the team will then be more than happy to help you.
What are your opening times?
We are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that any orders placed after 3pm on Fridays and over weekends will not be processed until the following Monday.
