Here at CBD Station, we work hard to ensure that you receive your product as fast as possible. We ship all online orders with Royal Mail to offer you a quick and reliable service that arrives on time.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) - £4.50
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 - 3 business days) - £3.50
Royal Mail International Tracked EU (2-5 business days) - £7.50
When you spend over £25 on your order, you will receive Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery completely free, with international orders receiving free Royal Mail International Tracked delivery on all orders over £35.
We strive to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday the same day. You will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation, and also receive SMS and email updates from Royal Mail in regards to your delivery time. Please note that delivery times are estimated.
If you have placed your order after 3pm on a Friday, your order will not be fulfilled until the following Monday due to our opening times.
Although we strive to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 3pm (Monday to Friday), we can experience delays. If your order is not able to be dispatched on time, our team will always contact you either by phone or email. If your order can be dispatched, but has passed our Royal Mail cut-off time, we will always send your parcel with an alternative courier such as DPD or Parcelforce. You will still receive your shipment confirmation with a tracking number for your reference, and you will not be charged more for delivery.
If your order has not arrived within the time stated, we advise that you use your tracking number for relevant updates via the courier website. You can track your order via your shipping confirmation email.
Although the majority of orders are delivered within the relevant time frame, couriers can expect delays. As a retailer, once a parcel is passed to a courier the delivery is completely out of our hands. If you have experienced an issue with your delivery and have exhausted the courier's tracking portal, please contact our team on 01522 581554 or firstname.lastname@example.org who will be more than happy to help.
We advise that all customers check their delivery addresses before a purchase is completed. If you notice that your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Any products that have been purchased that are no longer wanted can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note that in order for us to accept unwanted products, they must be sealed in their original packaging and unused to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All unwanted products are subject to an inspection when they are received by our team, who will keep you updated throughout the entire returns process.
Returns & Exchanges:
Please note that we are unable to accept any returned products that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes. Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order numbers when you return a product where possible. In the event of a return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label to make the process as easy as possible, and discuss whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns process as easy as possible.
On all hardware products (such as vape kits), we offer a free complimentary six month warranty as standard. If the fault occurs within six months of purchase (or delivery) we will always offer you either an exchange or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. You will be kept updated throughout this process. Please note that this does not cover disposable vape pens.
If you unpack your product and find it damaged, please notify us as soon as possible on 01522 581554 or email@example.com so that we can get this rectified for you. In this case, we may ask for photos.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once they are received at our head office. This includes unwanted and faulty products. Please note that we are unable to process an exchange or refund for a product when it is not to your liking. We advise that you ensure that the product you are wanting to purchase is suitable for your needs before you order, as we are unable to cover this circumstance under our policy. You are also more than welcome to contact us if you are not sure on what product to purchase, and we will be more than happy to advise you. When unwanted, damaged or faulty products are returned, we will always offer you either a refund or exchange.
